Ifirpor, M.L.A., and Mr J. M. Da\i", the law agent of the Church After the repot was laid on the table, Mi Hju per gave notice of .-c\cud motion-, the object 1 * of which aic to continue the special commission so us to hold a. visita tien, &.C., with the view of bringing the cougtegation of the Scots' Chinch into proper lelations with the As-cnribly, and the inhibiting of the present Boaul of Management of that Chinch fiom doing work which should be done by the trustees. Again.st that decision, which reflected on liis loyalty to the Chuich, Mr Fraser now appealed, holding that tli ere was no couri?o open to him but to formally open the meeting in question.
