Mnrtin Swallow, well known musician, was brought up at Police Court this morning before the Mayor, on three distinct charges (1) indecently and unlawfully assaulting a male person named William McLean ; (2;, with soliciting Samuel (Jane to commit an indecent assault ; and (3), under Vagrant Act, with using indecent language to Sergt. Donnelly. On the upulication of Sergt. Pr.itt the cases were ivtnanded until Monday next, in order to subpoena the necessary witnesses. Bail was allowed prisoner £100 on his own recogniz.'ince, one surety in £100, or two in £50 each. Charles Borthwk-k and Joseph M. Syms gave the necessary bail.
