Auckland, Last Night. Hans Peter Hanson and Mrs C.impton who eloped from Auckland together, have been arrested tit Nelson. Buckland reports : Sales — Fat cattle, 23s to 26«t ; wethers, 11s 9d.
(Per Pkhss Associations Welling ton, L'ißt Nipht. The charge brought by W. L. Rees against Gr. S. Locke, under the Corrupt Practices Act nt last election for Enst Coast, was dismissed tc-day. The decision was greeted with cheers.
