The insurance money on the steamer Triumph is expected to form the subject of litigation in England during the next two months. It will be remembered that the underwriters refused to pay the sum for which the vessel was insured, and Mr Hall, their special agent, is now in Auckland investigating the circumstances of the catastrophe, with the view of resisting the claim in a court of law. Captain Urotherton is still in Auckland, collecting evidence on behalf of the owners, and he will probably leave for England, via 'Frisco, by the mail teamer on Tuesday next. Mr Owens, the chief officer, has taken a great fancy to Auckland, and remains here for the present. Fe will follow Captain Brotherton to Eng land at a future date.
