(REUTERS CABLEGRAMS ) Another Infernal Machine Found.-British (Remonstrance with America.

London, March 2— lt has transpired that Her Majesty's Government have sent a communication to the United States Government complaining of the assistance afforded in America to the dynamite plotters in England by the manufacture of infernal machines. Another machine, identical with those already seized, was found to-day at Ludgate Hill Railway station.

The Dynamite Outrages in London. Lou don, February 29. -The infernal machines found at the Victoria, Charing Cross, and Paddington Railway Stations are identical in construction, and are shown to be of American make. The clockwork mechanism in the one found at the Paddington station had, it is proved, failed to act, or a serious explosion would have occurred.
