Grco. M. Bourke v Riswbti tr Rau. — Thib was an adjourned case from the 4th, in.st. It having been proved that the defendant had money coming to him for work done, judgement was given again t him for amount claimed £2 18s lOd to be paid in two instalments at a fortnight and a month each. In default 14 days' imprisonment in the Timings prison. John Squirrkll v. Charlks Ward.— Judgement for plaintiff £3. Os. Costs 17s. Of. S. O'Halloran v. Joseph Read. — ■ Judgment for plaintiff for amount £6. (X Od. and 11s costs. David Miller v. R. Omyon.— This was purely a Thames case and referred here only that the evidence of Mr Hunt might be taken. J. Buchanan v. Hoera te Mimiha. — claim £G. Itf. 4d. This case was adjourned at request ot: Pkititiff until n-jxt Court day Several other cases of minor importance were settled out of Court.
