Joseph Read. — ■ Judgment for plaintiff for amount £6. (X Od. and 11s costs. David Miller v. R. Omyon.— This was purely a Thames case and referred here only that the evidence of Mr Hunt might be taken. J. Buchanan v. Hoera te Mimiha. — claim £G. Itf. 4d. This case was adjourned at request ot: Pkititiff until n-jxt Court day Several other cases of minor importance were settled out of Court.
