BOLSHEVIKS CONCENTRATING. NEW ATTACK ON POLAND FEARED, Received 8.45 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 8. It is persistently rumoured in Eastern Europe that the BolslteVtks are concentrating their forces) for a new attack on Poland. Five armies have been brought to the frontier on the Dvina front, between Polotsk and Vitebsk, and on the Dnieper front between Smolensk ang Mohileff. Concentrations are also proceeding at Vilna, and it apprehended that the first objective will be the invasion o? the Baltic States).
