THE GREEK SITUATION.
POWERS WON’T HAVE CONSTANTINE. LONDON, Dec. 2. It is .officially reported that at a conference between representatives of England, France, and Italy, it was decided to send a message to the Greek Government stating that the return of ex-King Constantine would be regarded as ratification of Constantine’s hostile wartime policy. They reserve liberty to deal with the new situation that may be created if he returns.
