The draft scheme for the International Court provides for the election by the Assembly and the 'Council of eleven judges and four deputy judges, regardless of nationality, holding office for nine years. The Court is to elect r its president .and-vice-president every three years. The Court is to sit at The Hague yearly, opening on June 35. French and English will be the official languages. THE COMMISSIONS' IWORK. LONDON. Nov. 25. Owing to the work of the Commissions not being completed, it is not. likely that the Assembly will resume before Wednesday.
