VICTORIAN TOURNAMENT. Received 12.50 p.m. MELBOURNE, This day. In the tennis single championship heats, Ollivier beat Norman Roberts (Victoria) 6-4, 6-1, 6-3. In the doubles championship heats, Rice and Ollivier beat E. Roberts and Milligan 4-6, 7-5, 6-1, 6-0, The Herald referring to Ollivier, says he is a solid plugger rhther than a brilliant hitter, and is a hard man to beat. His ground strokes are excellent but his volleying lacks a little of both the pac© placing demanded by the international- standard.
