The "Evening World" declares that the Wall Street explosion on September 16 was the Tesult of a revolution of the Union of House Wreckers against the Contractors' Ring. The "World'' based its charges on the results bf an investigation, and states that alien workmen, in ■, revenge' for the Ring's oppression, sent a. bomb designed to explode neaT a house-wrecking job conducted by a Ring contractor, next, door to the J, P. Morgan Company's office.
