There has been a partial xesump tion of collieries, but there are not likely to be complete renewals before next week. LONDON, Nov. 5. Work has been partially resumed at the collieries, but many districts are not osumiug until Monday, ns a protest against the delegates ’ conference calling off the strike. Resentment in Lanarkshire found vent in scenes of wild disorder. At Hamilton, near Mr. Snr lie’s residence'at Larkhill, a crowd of voung miners gathered at the miners’ headquarters and demanded to sec the leaders. They then raided the bui 1 ling and the staff fled. The police intervened. The crowd indulged in stone-throwing, window-smashing and looting shops. Similar disturbances occurred in twb other mining towns in the distict. /
