HOCKEY.
The following are the lady players selected to play against Feilding reps, on Thursday next. Backs:—E. McAuliffe, D. Bray, A. Campbell; Halves :-~-Mrs. Moore, N. (Donaldson, Mrs. Jeffcries; Forwards: —D. Leahy, P. Currie, C. Donovan, N. Leahy, L. Jones; Emergencies:—Forwards: Y. McLaughlan, S. Cowen; Backs: M,- DoTTovan, K. Strachan. The above players are requested to attend at the Rec. to-morrow night at 5.35 sharp for practice. Any of the above players who will not be available for Thursday are requested to notify the secretary. As the Feilding girls have to be billeted our the ladies teams are requested to notify the secretary to-morrow how many girls they can arrange for. The Fielding girls will arrive on Wednesday by the* Express. Arrangements ar ebeing made for a pic ore party on Wednesday night and a dance in the Town Hall on Thursday night. Any of the lady or men hockey players who intend asskting to entertain the girls at the pictures are asked to notify the secrcary so that seats may be booted for them. Any of the other lady hockey players who" can, are also requested to attend at the Rec. to-morrow evening to - give the Reps, a game. Remember Recreation Ground 5.3-5.
