Received 9.30 a.m. DELHI, Sept. 2. ,Khalifat agitators have been busy lately on the Indian frontier and anti-British “ propaganda, together with intrigues among the frontier tribes, caused a serious outbreak at Jalgali in the north-west province. The town was attacked by tribesmen and a notorious agitator-attempt ea to form a provisional Government. A British column set out from Peshawar, and although threatened by large armed crowds, the ring-leaders of the outbreak were "brought to Peshawar. The Black Mountain trines have now joined the rebels, and military measures are being taken.
