THE NEW DANDIES.
On Wednesday evening next the New Dandies, the latest combination organised by the popular veteran John Hopkins, will appear. The company played for six weeks in Wellington to crowded audiences, and followed this success by three weeks in Christchurch and on e week in Dunedin, in
addition to two and three night seasons in; the smaller towns. The company comprises several old favourites in Renn Miller, the popular bass; Hazel Fuller, soprano, who excels in French chansons and ballads; Miriam Kutner, comedienne and accompanist, who has established a reputation for her songs at the piano; and Kennedy Black, musical director and business manager. Other members are: Annette Lang, an English danseuse of note, who specialises In comedy and national dances; Victoria Young, con- 1 tralto; George Sherratt, a clever English comedian; and Will Cottetill, tenor vocalist, who established a reputation with the Kiwis in England, France and New Zealand.
