The bandit Zamora captured a party, including one Englishman and four Americans, which was examining properties in the State of Jalasco. The Englishman is held for ransom at fifty thousand pesps aad the Americans for two hundred thousand each.

Chinese and Koreans are receiving equal rights and privileges with Bolsheviks, who, as a bait to the Chino-Japanese proletariat, are Welding out this fundamental principle as one by which they intend to democratise the world.
