Malabar, whose name will now be Malicda Sanipera, intends to spend I three years in Ceylon in order to study ~ali and Cingalese, after which ho will

return to England with a view to spreading Budiiist doctrines.

Malabar is said to have been a conscientious objector during the war, and has been twice imprisoned: for refusing to- perforin military duty.
