A RECORD FLIGHT.

Two French airmen, Boussoutrot Bernard, have set up a new continuous flight record. Flying a Farman Goliath, fitted with two 300-h.p. Salmson engines, they left Etampes, near Paris, and landed again next day, after having been in the air for 24hr. 19min. 17sec, and covering a distance of 1197 miles. The previous record was held by the German airman Dendeman, who in 1914 flew continuously for 21hr. 48min 45sec.
