Mr. Botfield lost the sight of one eye while wo»l'ki'ng for the Borough Council, and the other while in private employment His only means of support, his wife, lost her life helping others in the Influenza Plague of 1918, and now help is wantedto enable Mr. Botfield to proceed to England ,to his family home.
