CHURCH CONGRESS RESOLUTION.

A meeting of the Church of England clergy, totalling over one hundred, carried resolutions affirming loyalty and supporting recent movements to counteract manifestations of disloyalty. On the motion of Canon Boyce, the meeting passed a resolution that, it viewed with alarm the attitude of the Catholic Church as a menace to the liberties and largely disloyal to the Throne and Empire.
