MUST PAY INCOME TAX:.

WELLINGTON, July 23

The Full Court to-day heard a,- case in which the question was whether the Bishop of Wellington 's incomes, was subjeet to income tax or not. For thQ Bishop it was coßfentled that the- Bishop for the time being was merely a beneficiary- of the whole net income of a trust for the Crown. It was that the trust was beneficiary, and not the- Bishop.

The Court unanimously decided that the Bishop's income was not exempt from taxation.
