NEW IRISH BILL. ABOLISHING TRIAL BY JURY. ' Received 9.0. LONDON, July 20. The Government is preparing a new Irish Bill to strengthen courtmartiafs, ami which may establish trial by three judges instead of a jury, owing to intimidation.
