o POLES IN RETREAT.
ON GREATER PAET OF FRONT. LONDON, July 19. A Polish, communique dated July Id states that the Poles are retreating on the entire pront to prescribed positions, except on the Dubno sector. „ The Poles reoccupied Dubno after totally defeating General Budennis’ Eleventh Division. ALLIED INTERVENTION RESENTED. Received 9.0. LONDON, July 20. The Bolsheviks’ reply has reached Lloyd George. It rejects the British proposals regarding Poland, and suggests the Bolsheviks are prepared to give Poland better terms than the Allies propose, but refuse to consider any Allied intervention. The Bolsheviks are ready to make a just peace by means of direct negotiations with Poland. The reply adds that Wrangel must surrender all territory and war material; then he and his army will be granted an amnesty.
