BECKETT BEATS BURNS IN FIVE
ROUNDS. LONDON, July IG. In the boxing match between Joe Beckett and Tors my Burns, fought at; the Albert Hall, Beckett won easily.** Burns made a plucky effort in tR early rounds, and scored frequently, but; his blows lacked power. He became groggy at the end of the fifth round, and his seconds threw in fEe towel.
