WINTER SHOW.

All arrangements for the holding‘ of 1:119 Ninth Wintér Show of the RangiEtikei A. and I’. Association to-marrow are complete, and the various commit» tees are busily engaged in erecting tables and stalls in the Three Stars Theatre. It is anticipated that splendid exhibits in the field and roof divisions will be staged, a particularly fine one coming down from -Raetihi.

The Show will be opened tomorrow at 1 pm. and will continue till 10 pm. Special interest ‘is being taken in the e.xhibil:s set apart. for competition among the primary schools, and the enfries are very numerous, many outside schools competing.

' SHEEP DOG TRIALS. X PULLING, YARDING AND DRIVING. , Considerable interest is being muni—fasted in the above trials, which will take place in the Recreation Grounds :o—morl'ow at 10 a.m._. and will continue til] fill.ished—~about 4: p.m. A splendid entry of 22 dogs has been made, comprising some of the most note<l- performers in the North Island.
