PURSUANT to the provisions contained. in ‘The Municipal Corporatians.'A‘ci: 1908’ PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Taihape Borough Council, at a. meeting to‘be held in‘-the Council ;Charnbel's of the Town Hall, situate in Main Street Taihape, on FRIDAY, the 18th day of June 1920, to fix the P‘er-mane-ant Levels of Main Street Taihapie--“(both sides) from its juncjtion with Mataroa Road, in a North iby Easterly direction to what is iknown as Kotare Street (late Matai ;Street) (i.e.:—Block 1 from sections II to X" inclusive, Block 11 from sections I to_X inclusive and part of section’ XXI Block X.) The Council has appointed FRIDAY ‘the 18th of June 1920 at 8.30 pm. as the day and hour upon which it will hear all objections to the proposed level; by pflersons afiected thereby.” ‘All such objections must first be submitted in ‘writing, addressed to and i sent jito the Council not le.ss tfian 10 -days"; before the day of the meeting mentioned above. 2 Plans showing the proposed levels inzg,-3} [be inspected during ofiice hours at the office of the undersigned, situefefllin Main Street, Taihape, from this bate. ‘ ‘Tnfihape, 17th May, 1920.
