Tonight and Tuesday a really excellent programme will be oflfered at 1510 King’s headed by Bessie Barriscale in the “Maid of the Storm.’.’ A star who is rapidly achieving more and more popularity is Bessie BarriscaleHer blonde beauty is particularly suited to screen work, and she photographs extremely well. This is cvid-V eneed more than ever in her latest: release, “Maid of the Storm,” in which she plays the stell.ar’role of Ariel, the wait‘ who is thrown up by the sea. Educated by some simple fishermen, she goes out into the world to make a name for herself, and succeeds as a dancer through sheer indomitable will and earnest _endeavourJ Bessie Barriscale’s acting is natural and finafifected, and she makes the most of a difficult 1-ole. Her husband, Howard Hickman, has a place in the caste of this picture, having for the nounce relinquished the direction of his attractive wife. In presenting the Metro super-pro-duction “Out of the Fog” at the Town Hall to-morrow night at the ordinary admission prices, the management is departing from the usual practice of raising the admission charges when a superlative programme is screened. This fine Nazimova, feature has been shown in themajority of townsat “upper” prices, and what is more, Is said to be well Worth the extra. It is- an adapatiorfof Nazimova’s great stage success “Ception Shoals,” and tells a wonderful tale of the sea with all its mystery and romance._ All who saw the wonderful acting of Nazimova in “Eye For Eye” and he"r other previous successes will not miss the opportunity of enjoying “Out of the Fog" to-morrow night. “
