Hides and calfsliins elicited keen competition,‘ tallow :1. little easier. We quote: Ox, medium, 2-id to 24 1-8 d; ox, light, 22 6—Bd to 23d; cow, medium, 22 6-861 to 23 6-8 d; cow, light, 22d to 22 6-8 d; kip, 20d to 31d; horse hides, 33/6 to 40/6; hides, cut, Slippy, and inferior, 18d to 20 d; calf skins, best lines 536 per 1b;; calf, good, 41711 to 49d; calf, cut, slippy, and“ inferior, 18d to 35d. Tallow, in cask £7O per ton; in tin, £57 per ton. Horse hair, 19d to 24-3 d per lb. Rabbit. skins Sd to 556 per lb. Cow tips, 1/? per dozen. Our next sale will be held on April 29th.
