AUCKLAND, March 22.

The Tribunal appointed by the Board of Trade to investigate eases of profiteering in Auckland has cornmenced duty. At. to-day’s sittings a number of complaints were received, and as several of ‘the charges bear a, serious aspect. investigation will probably be followed by prosecutions. Several of the complaints are in respect to staple articles of food and clothing, and these will be given special attention.
