TAIHAPE SHOW.
i Record entries have been received’ [for the Taihape Show, to be held on l the Taihape recreation ground on Wed-A I, ncsday next, the 25th inst. The dis--play of stock promises to be the finest yet seen in the district, and from the‘ entries received for the competitions‘ there will be a. display of riding and jumping that will be Worth going a. long way to see. The committee~ for the convenience of those attending, the Show from down country, have arramged for a special train to leave Taihape for Mai-ton and intermediate‘stations at 5.30 pm. on the evening 'of the ‘Show. Hot water will be pro- ’ vided free on the ground, and as the catering is in the hands of Messrs Rawlins, of Pa.lmerston Norfh, those desiring to satisfy the inner man can rely on satisfaction. For the children ‘there will be numerous sideshows to I entertain them. i
