“WORLD ’ S ENTERTAINERS.”
We again call attention to the first appearance here of the above _company in the Town Hall to’-night. Popular prices will be charged, and no doubt the hall will be crowded. We quote a few extracts from the Press:—Lyttelton Times says: Miss La. }:rance is quite out of the ordinary, for, leaving aside the fact that as an entertain--er she is in the stellar rank, she presentg an act so far removedifrom thebeaten track that one is unable to judge its quality by comparison. To sum up in the title of one of her own songs, “What was There was Good,” a fact which the house emphatically indicated. Miss La France is supported by an excellent company, which includes “Zoe,” the wonderful boy lightning sketch rthoawofo,forder-ric. clairvoyant; Mr Charles Copeland, lightning sketch artist; .\lr Fred Louis, ventriloquist; Mr George Reeves, monologist; an-d Mr Kenneth. Surtellf, society emtertainer.
