Sin Auckland Geddes (President of the Board of Trade), speaking at Andover, said the Government intended to get the ex-Kaiser out of Holland. “If, on the basis of illterna.tional law, Holland definitely said ‘No,’ and that she intended to provide him ‘with an asylum, then we must say he pould not live in Europe, and that Holland must put the ex-Kaiser on one of her islands outside Europe.”
