At the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr Justice Sim, the jury returned a verdict for "plaintifi:' in the re-trial of the claim of Ingram Colson, farmer, Fitzroy, against Ebenezer Woolridge, garage proprietor, New Plymouth, for damages caused through negligent driving of defendant car by Leo. Walsh. Damages amounting to £750 were awarded, with costs, each side to pay its own costs -of the first trial,
