The -matron of the Taihape ‘Hospital wishes to thank the following for gifts:—Flowérs, fruit, and cream, Mrs Liddicoat; flowers, Master Jim Williams; magazines and illustrated papers, Otaihape Club; flowers, Mr Begg; magazines, Mrs Dymock;' «a. goose, Mrs W. Williams; Christmas cake, Mr Milne; preserved ginger, Wang Nam; cheque for Christmas comforts, Father Minogue; a watch for use in wards, Mr Fitzpatrick Meyer; also all those who so kindly contributed towardsa fund for purchasing Christmas presents for the inma-te's. Their thoughtful action was much appreciated.
