AUCKLAND MAN TAKES POISON.

Samuel John Ratcliffe, aged 35, married, living apart from his Wife, drank liquid from a flask yeeterday; he collapsed and died latler at the hospital. The inquest was adjourned to enable analysis to be made of the remains of the contents of the flask. He told his mother he intended to poison himself, but as he previously made 3. similar threat she took no notice.
