ELECTIGN CAMPAIGN
Mr W. Meldrum, the Liberal candia date for Rangitikei, addressed a splendidly attended meeting at Moawhango on Saturday, the chair being taken by Mr McDougall. The speech was attentively followed, and at its conclusion -a. vote of thanks and confidence was proposed by Mr Vvhittle, seconded by Mr Snelling, and earned unanimously. _ - Later on Mr Meldrum d«v:livel'ed an address at Erowhen, where he had a. good reception. On Monday night ne:\'t Ml-Meidrum will deliver a political address in the Taihape Town Hall_ Mr Glenn spoke at Okoia iast night, when there was a very good attendance; He covered the ground airendy reported in these columns. He said he was not going_ into politics Withan axe to grind, but was out to ddhis best for everyone in the district. He was most heartily received, and was accorded a vote of thanks. Mr Glenn will speak at Durie Hill this evening.
