FEASTS IN THE CLOUDS.
The British airship R 33 is now transformed ‘into :1. travelling restaurant, where the luxury-loving Tourist may have his ham and egg blrmkfast served by :1 Criterion waiter a thousand feet above tlle clouds. For lunch he may feast on lobster and salad, hot partridges, hot boiled potatoes, and French beans, and finish up with “soufle grace.” Dinner is an even more sumptuous aifair; the aerial passenger has his choice of “hot eonsomnle,,” cold salmon trout, hot‘ roast lamb, hot boiled potatoes, and French beans, then jam onielette. Champagne is also provided. A Week-end on the ‘continent. under sueh luxurious conditions is the latest novelty opened up to the wealthy by the wonderful dirigible. The R 33 has gone on ller first aerial tour of this kind, making. a thirty-six hour voyage to Cologne, Alnsterdam, Paris, and London, with 3, small edition of the Criterion restaurant. on board. In addition to its ten passenger's and four navigators‘,.t the R 33 eariios Signor Cantaluppi, the chef of the Criterion, and a waiter, who will serve urea./is in the skies on precisely the same lines as those obtaining it} the restaurant to which they belong. Ono saloon of» the giant. air vessel has been equipped with eleeatrie eookting ‘.}apparatus,. and the viands carried are of the ‘choicest. Everything will be eoolied in the air.
