IE is reported that 40,000 died of starvation in Petrograd last month. .

A White‘ Paper shows that the British naval and military expenditure in Russia since the armistice is sev-enty—eigh-t million sterling, including stores, cash advances to the Baltic States, Denikin and Koltchak, apart from a final contribution of fifteen million to Denikin.
