ANOTHER LIE REFUTED. WELLINGTON; Oct. 29. Suggestions that Mr‘.-Wlassey and his arty weredodging putting into operaon the Legisla-ticve Council Act, 1914, roviding for the ‘Council to become ective, were refuted in the Council Sir Francis Bell to-day.
