The “Echo de Paris” states -that during the funeral of Bolsheviks recently murdered in Moscow, two bombs which were thrown during the procession killed ten and wounded twentycight. A decree has now been issued declaring all clergy in Petrograd ;and Moscow hostages.

Many are taking refuge in the forests, from when they raid the main body supp]ies_ The message further adds that the north-western army captured the railway between Pskoff and Petrograd, cutting off Petrograd-communi-cations with the south.‘
