AUSTRIAN TREATY.
THE SIGNATORIES. ' PARIS, Sept. 11. Herr Renner, M. Clemeuceau, Mr Bal. four, Lord, Milner, Mr Barnes, Sir Thomas Mackenzie, and Mr Pearce signed the Treaty, buf'lhe representatives of Roumania and Jngo-Slavia refused, though they are expected to •accept the Treaty in Ithree days. SIGNED IN SILENCE. LONDON, Sept. 10. The Austrian Treaty was signed without any speech-making. PARIS, Sept. 10.
Altogether a dozen documents were signed in connection with the Austrian Peace Treaty, including treaties dealing with the protection of minorities, Roumanian .f.Tugo-Sf](avia, and financial treaties. Sir Thomfes Mackenzie signed for New Zealand. BULGARIAN PEACE TREATY. TO BE PRESENTED ON SATURDAY. Received 10.10 a m. PARIS, Sept. 11. Bulgaria will receive the Peace Treaty on Saturday.
Owing- to the fall of fh e Serbian Government the Serbian delegation is unable to decide what attitude to take regarding the Treaty.
