I —*’“ ' TENDERS FOR. ERECTION E CALLED_ Tenders are invited in our advertising columns to-day for the erection of‘ workers’ clwellings to the number of’ 180 in various parts of the Dominion.. The dwellings are being built under‘ ihe Government Workers’ Dwellings |Act_. .1910, and tendcrers ars asked tosubmit. tenders on the Depai-tnlent’s two designs and spccifications——(a) in monolithic reinforced concrete con» struction; or (b) in any other similar method of construction; or (c) in ordinary wood construction; or (d) in brick construction; as described in ihe !“Form of Tencler”—or they may submit their own designs and specifications. Special consideration will be given to ,concrcte construction.

Tenders will be received up "-“till Tuesday, ‘September 30, 1919, and plans and specifications,__and all particulars, forms of tenders, etc. can be‘cbtained at the Depal~tmerit’s oifice (the Inspeétol' of Factories, Sel‘gean".:.
