, CURTAILED TIME—TABLE. AN EARLY CHANGE EXPECTED. TE KUITI, Tuesday_ It is evident. that an alteration in the railway service is contemplated by Mr Massey, who has now taken over the Ministerial duties connected with the Department. T. Jennings_, asking him if Mr Massey would alter the dates of the deputation in order to fit in with the railway «service. Replying today. Mr Jennings stated that when fixing the date Mr Masseif had arranged it to fit in with the running of the trains. In the nieantinre he could not alter the date owing to pressure of business, but before September 13 it was expected that there would be a change in the railway service.
