SUICIDE.

Marshall, I'.u‘.nage:' of the Auckland branch of the Guardian Fire and iA.cciden: Assurance Company, was found floating in Parnell Swimming Baths about 7 this rnorning by two e.a.rly bathei-s. They brought the body to the. side and got it out of the water, only to find that life’ was extinct. There was a hole like -at bullet wound in the ’c'orner of the left eye, which suggested that the matter was more than one of accident. As .31 result of investigations, it was found that 2. note had been ‘left. by I\larsh:=.ll which disposed of any suspicion of foul play. Marshall was very well known in business circles in the city.
