Later, he found a bulhlog.bolollging to Levy had the horse by the throat. There was a terrific struggle between the two animals. Watson tried to call the dog off, but was unable to do so, and the horse, becoming exhausted, fell on ~the ‘dog, killing it._ The horse,~said counsel, was so cruelly tortured that"a veterinary surgeon advised it should be slaughtered. Judgment was given against Levy for £22.
