RETURN OF THE LEADERS.
EARLY IN AUGUST. The Niagara; On which steamer Mr Massey and Sir Joseph Ward are passengers, left Vancouver on her return voyage to Auckland on July 16. This 11103115 that the two leaders should arrive in Auckland on or about August 5. The Pateen-a. leaves on her’ ieturn trip from Onehunga on August. 4, if the timetable set for ‘this run is maintained for the next fortnighlt, so that Mr Massey and Sir;loseph Ward will not be likely to get back to Wellington quickly by this route. {They may be able to come by the Onehunga— New Plymouth boaJt,.a.nd come on by motor to Wellington. As they will have to spend at least one day in Auckland, they may not -be able to reach Wellington until about August; 8, the probable date of the meeting’ of the H‘ouse.—-Dominion. .
