I qualified as an instructor at one of the British Army Command Schools, and it may interest you to know that, a prospective instructor is taught to cut out all bullying and bad lianguage. Instruction was based on four principles. Demonstration, explanation, imitation, and examination —and much the same was followed through tlfe diiferent branches.
