Mangaweka is sending 601 p children up to '_llaihape by motor lorries, returning the same daiy. Utiku; and Winiata and'District School Conlmit--tees have arranged for motor lorries and private cars’ to bring the children to Taihape and to take them back. The children will be in charge of 7 attendants Unfortunately the state of the roads will not permit of lorries bringing in children from Taurangar--7 ore and district. ’‘ Afternoon tea and hot water and‘ milk Will be provided but children must bring other meals and mugs.
