VVAIMANA DUE MONDAY, 6 . = NINE TRANSPORTS' COMING_ The Defence Department advises that the transport Waimana is now duelon Monday next, but ,as yet the exact time of arrival, is unknown. The vessel-is bringing a total of 1,676 troops, of whom 766 are for Auckland The transport will berth at King’s Wharf, where the usual arrangements will be made for the next-of-kin, who may obtain passes from the Ambul‘fice Station on-the Qucenis wharf daily between 9 a.m_ and 5 p.m. Eight: other vessels are bringing troops to New Zealand. The following are the latest particulars available regarding these transpor-ts:— Maunganui, draft 259, numbering 1,128, 38 being for ‘Auckland, due at Portchalmers on June 21. . Prinzessin, draft 258, 420 troops, 38 for Auckland. Due Wellington. on June 25. Train is expected to arrive at Auckland with northern contingent the next day. ‘There are 106 wives and children on this vessel. . Ruahine, draft 260, 884121-oops, 174 Wives and children, total of 605.f0r Auckland. Due'Wellington June 30. Tahiti, draft 261, 1,196 troops, 560 for Auckland. Due Auckland July 2. Kigoma, draft 262, 732 troops; Due Wellington, July 15. Ch'upra, draft 263, 732 troops. Due Lyttelton, July 22. Marama, draft 264, 693 troops, Due Auckland, July 17.
