The motion was turned down. It lwas thought that the stringent action [ was not necessary, and it was decided l to submit claims to the Court on Monlday morning ill connection with the new award. The present. award expired on J'un'e 2. The Union is absolutely opposed to a return to night work, but the further consideration of this question was postponed until the decision of the Court is known.
